Privacy at a Glance
This is a courtesy English translation. The legally binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung; in case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
This website is deliberately data-minimal: it sets no advertising or tracking cookies, embeds no third-party services and loads all fonts locally. Our analytics is anonymous and cookieless and runs exclusively on our servers in Germany — with no transfer to third parties.

Hosting and Server Log Files
The hosting and delivery of this website are provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers located in Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner, ensuring data protection-compliant processing. When the website is accessed, the server automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files:
- anonymized or shortened IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file retrieved
- amount of data transferred and status message
- browser type and operating system used (user agent)
- the previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted
This data is processed solely for the delivery of the website, to ensure technical security and stability, and for error analysis. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. This data is not merged with other data sources, nor used to identify individual persons. The log files are automatically deleted after a short period.
Local Fonts
This website uses fonts ("Manrope" and "Space Grotesk") that are stored locally on our server and delivered from there. When the page is accessed, no connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is established; no data is transmitted to such providers.
Analytics, Cookies & Local Storage
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics or advertising services (such as Google Analytics or Meta). No cookies are set at all. When the page is accessed, a cookie notice appears through which you can object to the anonymous statistics.
Essential Local Storage of Your Choice
So that we do not have to ask again for your choice made in the cookie notice on every visit, we store this decision locally in your browser (in localStorage under the key ad_consent). This is not a cookie and not a tracking feature; the information is not transmitted to us or third parties and does not serve to recognize you. The legal basis for this storage on your device is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary) — no consent is required for this.
Anonymous, Cookieless Analytics (Statistics)
To improve our offering, we use our own, self-hosted solution on our servers in Germany to measure, anonymously and cookielessly, how our pages are used. This records the pages and product views accessed, individual interactions (such as a click on a contact option), the approximate origin of the access (source or referring domain) as well as broad categories of device type, operating system and browser.
There is no recognition of individual persons: no cookies are set, nor is any information read from your device; the IP address is not stored in plain text, but is used solely to derive a daily-rotating, non-reversible identifier. Identification of individual persons or tracking across pages or days is therefore ruled out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in anonymous analytics and the optimization of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Since no information is stored on or read from your device in this process, Section 25 TDDDG does not apply. The anonymous measurement data is deleted after 14 months.
You can object to the statistics at any time — the measurement will then cease entirely. If you make a choice in the cookie notice, we log this decision for documentation purposes in anonymized form (with a shortened, hashed identifier).
Marketing
We use marketing or re-targeting technologies only with your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. No such technology is currently in use.
You can change or revoke your choice at any time via the cookie settings. Further details can be found in our Cookie Policy.
Contacting Us
If you contact us via the email address or phone number provided, we process the data you supply (e.g. name, email address, content of your message) solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).
We delete this data as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose, provided that no statutory retention obligations preclude deletion.
