Who is Ascensus Digital for?
Ascensus Digital develops software and AI solutions specifically for the hotel and hospitality industry – from standalone cloud tools to WordPress and Elementor plugins.
What does Ascensus Digital offer?
Our own products such as the cloud time-tracking solution ZeitBar and several plugins (BookIn, EventBoard, Recruiting Funnel Pro), as well as tailor-made custom software development – starting from just €500.
How much does custom development cost?
Small, clearly defined projects start from €500. We calculate larger applications transparently based on effort – and you receive a fixed quote in advance.
Where is the data hosted?
Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH on servers in Germany, with a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Are the plugins GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Our plugins are designed for GDPR compliance, are developed in Germany (Made in Germany) and receive automatic updates via our licence manager.
How do I receive updates for the plugins?
All plugins update automatically via the integrated licence manager – similar to updates from the WordPress directory.
Do I need anything special for the AI features?
The AI-powered application analysis in Recruiting Funnel Pro works with your own API key from the respective AI provider.
Is ZeitBar available separately?
Yes. ZeitBar is our standalone SaaS product for time tracking and shift planning, and is available at www.zeitbar.cloud.
