This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not embed any third-party services. Our reach measurement is anonymous and cookieless and runs on our own servers in Germany. The only thing stored – if you make a selection – is your cookie decision, kept in your browser.
Essential storage
So that we do not have to ask for your cookie decision again on every visit, we store it locally in your browser (localStorage). This is not a tracking cookie and is not transmitted to us or to third parties. The legal basis for storing it on your device is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary); no consent is required for this.

Statistics (anonymous, cookieless)
We measure which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from and which device type they use – in order to improve our offering. In doing so, no cookies are set and no personal data is stored: the IP address is not recorded in plain text but only feeds into a daily-rotating, non-reversible identifier. Identifying individual persons or tracking them across sites is therefore not possible.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in optimising our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Since no information is stored on or read from your device in the process, Section 25 TDDDG does not apply. Retention period of the measurement data: 14 months. You can object to the statistics at any time:
Marketing
At present we do not use any marketing or third-party cookies. Should we do so in the future, it will happen exclusively after your explicit consent (opt-in), which you can revoke at any time.
Changing or revoking your selection
Via Cookie settings (also in the footer) you can adjust your selection at any time. Alternatively, you can delete the locally stored data in your browser. You can find further information in our Privacy Policy.
