Guests choose a date, party size and an available time. The reservation page follows your house rules and carries your logo and colours.

Available times instead of endless back-and-forth. The booking arrives directly in the reservation book, with no retyping and no slips of paper.
- Choose date and party size.
- Pick an available time, matched to tables, occupancy and your booking rules.
- Enter contact details and wishes and submit. Confirmation or request, as you define it.
- Confirmation by email with a personal link: guests can change or cancel table reservations themselves within your deadline.

A free table is not the whole plan.
Kitchen and service need a good rhythm too. With lead times, length of stay and arrival limits you control which reservations fit.

- Lead time and length of stay: when a table is offered again.
- Arrival limit per time slot: how many guests may arrive at the same time, so the kitchen stays in rhythm.
- Deadline for changes: until when guests can rebook or cancel online.

Map the rooms of your house schematically and keep the occupancy for the selected time in view, from the entrance to the conservatory.
- Design the floor plan: place walls, doors and windows, add counters, pillars, stairs and areas.
- Arrange tables to fit: place round and rectangular tables, adjust size and rotation.
- See the occupancy: assign reservations to a table. Status icons complement the colour coding.

We discuss your locations, your reservation process and the functions you need. On that basis you receive an offer with price, setup and term. There is no free trial; we show the product in a demo with sample data. Direct booking with package selection and SEPA direct debit is in preparation; a preview of the order process does not place an order yet.
