Return a purchase / withdraw from contract

This is a courtesy English translation. The legally binding version is the German German page; in case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.

Here you can return a purchase made via ascensus-digital.de or withdraw from the contract. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email immediately.

Businesses: you may return the first purchase of a licence and an automatic renewal within 14 days of payment without giving reasons (contractual right of return, § 9 (6) of our terms). We refund the amount paid to the original payment method; the licence ends upon return.

Consumers: you have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of concluding the contract. For details, see the withdrawal policy.
